Carmela Mondino is a seasoned professional in ESG and sustainability, currently residing in Switzerland with her husband, two children, and their dog. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, she holds a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and an MBA from the University of St. Gallen. Carmela has an impressive career spanning roles at TotalEnergies, adidas, and Lonza.
Most recently, she served as the Head of ESG & Sustainability at Partners Group, a global leader in private markets investment, where she integrated ESG and impact considerations across all asset classes. Passionate about making a positive impact in the world, she has been recognized in PEI's 40 Under 40 in 2021 and is an active participant in industry conferences and discussions. Outside of work, Carmela enjoys singing, dancing, and hiking, bringing her passion for life into everything she does.
