Joss joined The Siena Partnership in 2021 as a Practice Manager, and was promoted to Director in 2023. Joss specialises in Private Equity, spanning Executive Search, Interim Management, and Independent Consulting.
Joss’s background includes 10 years in Executive Search and Recruitment roles in two well-established Digital Technology consulting organisations based in London.
The first part of his career was partnering with some of the most exciting start ups and online super powers, supporting them to find the best Technology and Transformation leadership talent in the market.
The second half has been working with Private Equity supporting PE funds and PE backed businesses to hire Executive Level Technology, Operations and Finance Operators.
In his spare time, you’ll find Joss at his local golf club Cuddington or at the park chasing his Daschund Winston around!
