I am a Partner and Private Equity Practice Leader at Lockton Companies LLP, the worlds largest privately owned insurance broker. My responsibilities include the delivery of UK and International insurance due diligence projects on behalf of Private Equity and Venture Capital, Corporate clients and Lenders. In addition we facilitate transactions through deal related insurance and provide portfolio company insurances.
