Commercial; FD M&S Food, part of team delivering then-record 21/22 profits. Responsible for £6.5bn revenue/£500m EBITDA, £200m+ Capex - incl. financial delivery of key transformation, operational improvement and governance initiatives. Led £120m+ cost/operational restructuring programs, strategic assessment, investment and risk appraisal.

Deep sector expertise in building materials, food & non-food retail (digital/stores/franchise), consumer credit, healthcare, support services, technology and media & entertainment. Substantive international experience - US (resident 6yrs), led remote European teams & Asia projects.
