Currently, Jan is a Senior Operating Partner at H.I.G Capital. In this role, Jan leverages his deep expertise in SCM strategy, M&A, and turnaround management to advise and support deals and execute value creation for transactions to drive sustainable and profitable growth for their PortCos. Jan is also an Expert Witness, providing testimony and analysis on SCM, performance and Transformation matters in legal disputes.
