Philip Carrivick
Phil is an Independent Operating Partner working mostly with mid-market private equity in London on value creation initiatives.
Most recently he has led several major post-merger integrations and carve outs, including those with complex TSA arrangements and CMA investigations. He has led many commercial initiatives including pricing initiatives, new proposition development, overseas expansion and strategic supplier negotiations.
Prior to this Phil has a background with interim leadership roles and 15 years of strategy consulting experience across B2B software, healthcare and consumer and industrials sectors in UK, Europe and N America with Kearney, L.E.K. and Alvarez & Marsal. He holds a Masters Degree in General Engineering from University of Durham.
