Roberto is CEO & Founder of the Siena Partnership and is a specialist in Executive and Interim Management within Private Equity backed businesses.

Roberto’s background spans fifteen years in multiple executive recruitment and consulting roles, supporting the transformation and growth of private equity and listed businesses.  Over this time he has worked with some of the top PE firms globally to deliver strategic executive and interim hires and team builds for complex transformation, Carve Out, and M&A programmes.

Outside of work he is kept busy with his young family (especially the dog) and enjoys keeping fit, watching Fulham and taking the occasional holiday.
