Sinan Erhan is Partner and Head of the UK at OMMAX, where he advises leading Private Equity funds and portfolio companies on Commercial, Digital, Tech, Data, and AI-driven value creation across transactions, strategy, and post-deal acceleration. His work spans multiple industries including Consumer, Healthcare, B2B Services, and Technology.

Sinan focuses on building scalable commercial excellence frameworks and developing digital- and data-enabled growth strategies that translate into repeatable, sustainable value creation. At OMMAX, he plays a central role in the Strategy & Transaction Advisory team, supporting investors and management teams in designing new operating models, pricing strategies, and technology-enabled commercial engines.

With 15+ years of experience across consulting, technology, and healthcare, Sinan brings a strong track record from Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, o9 Solutions, and St. Jude Medical. At BCG, he led the firm’s flagship commercial investment software Catalyst, developing advanced pricing and marketing capabilities for global clients. As Global Vice President at o9 Solutions, he headed Revenue Growth Management, advising enterprises on digital commercial strategies and scaling AI-supported growth platforms. His international experience includes leading digitization and commercialization initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and the US.

Sinan has driven major growth and transformation programs, including a cross-category pricing and marketing effectiveness program for a global snacks and beverages company delivering £50M+ incremental gross profit, a multi-year commercial strategy transformation for a leading consumer-facing business, and the development of BCG’s B2B commercial software ecosystem, generating £75M+ in client value within two years. He has advised corporates such as Diageo, PepsiCo, Danone, GSK, and Medtronic, bringing deep expertise in commercial excellence, digital operating models, and AI-enabled value creation.

Sinan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from INSEAD.
