Zouhir Regragui is an Executive Director within Mubadala’s Private Equity platform, where he oversees globally investments in Industrials and Business Services.

Prior to his role at Mubadala, Mr. Regragui was EGA’s CFO where he oversaw Finance, Strategy and Corporate Development/M&A. He was formerly an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he lead projects across multiple sectors including Energy, Metals and Mining as well as Financial Services.

Mr. Regragui currently serves on the Boards of EGA and NOVA Chemicals.

Mr. Regragui holds and MPA from Harvard University, an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc. In Economics from the London School of Economics.
